123 Mission Street Lobby Richlen Construction has taken a leadership position to have the lobby remodel at 123 Mission Street be a LEED CI project; this is the first lobby remodel in the City of San Francisco to become LEED Certified. The lobby is a unique circumstance, and is truly a creative approach to LEED CI...as a lobby is not truly an office space, by which it cannot qualify for LEED EB or Core Shell. Through collaboration with the architect and engineer, Richlen has under-went a detailed exploration of how we can adapt points more traditionally appointed to office renovation to that of which can be used in a public lobby.
