The Mills Building - 220 Montgomery Street, 5th Floor
Floor foot print made from combination of four (4) buildings constructed between the years 1892 - 1932. We demo the existing multi-tenant spaces on 38,000 sq-sf to shell conditions [with significant structural challenges].
Installed new HVAC, fire sprinkler, plumbing, electrical, tele/data and audio/visual infrastructure. Built approximately 88 offices, three (3) conference rooms, two (2) new restrooms, a training room facility, a 2,225 sq-ft cafeteria, and a 1,200 sq-ft boardroom that seats 33 people at the table with 16 pop-up monitors for presentations.

Corporate call center remodel (12,688 sq-ft) featured: new floor covering, paint, acoustical ceilings, and elevator lobby wood wainscot.
Extensive upgrades to HVAC and plumbing systems throughout tenant space and the server room. New lighting throughout included accent lights for reception area. Full restroom remodel: partitions, countertops, ceramic tile, and plumbing fixtures.

Citigroup Smith Barney

Richlen performed a collection of five (5) projects for Citigroup / Smith Barney in the Bank of America building.
Our services included: pre-construction and general contracting for the 32,000 sq-ft project on the 35th floor of San Francisco's second tallest skyscraper. Project(s) included 24-hour trading floor, multi tenant corridor to demise floor into a 20,000 sq-ft and a 12,000 sq-ft suite, of which 1,500 sq-ft is a data center and a lobby upgrade to create building standard lobby with metal ceilings and wood paneled walls.

High secure tenant space (12,000 sq-ft). We completed this tenant build-out which included: reception area, PEL, breakroom, conference area, server room, eye scanners and card readers for Cryptography on-time and within budget, meeting all the company's needs.

Located in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. Richlen did the Tenant build-out in an Aggressive eight (8) week schedule.
Scope of work consisted of; new marble floors, full height frameless skyline glass, a new conference room with coffered ceilings, relocated perimeter induction units into ceiling (opening up the space), kitchen & breakroom, and a custom designed shower and dressing room with mosaic tiles.
