Built in 1970 Eastmont Town Center Mall’s two-level, two building facility was in dire need of renovation. Richlen's construction services for the revitalization/rebranding of the mall’s 200,000 sq-ft (30-acres) space span to just under a 30 week schedule... without interruption to retail tenant operating hours.

Upgrades to the mall consisted of interior and exterior renovations. Retail façade improvements consisted of concrete block pillars, accent lighting, and an earth tone colored palette. The interior remodel involved structural floor infills, concourse painting, skylights, upgrades to the elevators and escalators, new stairs, new concourse light fixtures (upgrades to power supply), new seating areas: flooring and furnishings, carpet accents, planters, and art display walls.
