UCSF

220 Montgomery Street, 5th Floor, San Francisco

Unique use of space (2,225 sq-ft.), centrally locating the UCSF employees kitchen(s) and breakroom area. Two (2) full kitchens on opposite sides of the room have counter/bar seating with light fixtures directly over, these help when overcast San Francisco skies block the natural light from the original refurbished historical 1900’s windows (& sills). Additional open capacity seating for 40 people is centered between the kitchens, creating plenty of room to enjoy lunch or quiet time. The breakroom’s flooring was colored matched and installed to the Owner’s specifications.

California Culinary Academy

350 Rhode Island Street, San Francisco

New Kitchen Facility2500sq-ft. Upgrades to HVAC thoughout class rooms, pantry and cooking areas during the student's ten (10) day semester break. Not only was this project sensitive in that we were working over valuable equipment and dry food goods, it was within a very compressed time schedule as the work would have put the cooking/teaching areas out of service if it was not completed.

We have also completed similar projects for CCA at 625 Polk Street in San Francisco and at One Kaiser Plaza in Oakland.
