333 Market Street Lobby, San Francisco

Six months of design development with a team of architects, engineers, and the Shorenstein construction group have amounted to this breathtaking new lobby at 333 Market Street. The high ceilings and accent lighting create a warm and inviting lobby.

Despite the hectic holiday season, Richlen delivered quality and timely results.

275 Battery Street Lobby, San Francisco
Richlen was rewarded the remodel of 275 Battery Street Financial District office building’s main lobby (1,800 sq-ft).

Construction during this “Design Assist” project was completed while tenant occupied (a tunnel with two barricaded work spaces, and dance floor scaffolding separated the public from the construction area). Scope of work consisted of new storefront system, structural steel, wood paneling walls (millwork was significant and crucial in the success of this project), ceiling, stone, carpet, lighting, elevator lighting, and repair of drywall.

Plaza 360 Lobby, 360 22nd Street, Oakland

Richlen Construction was engaged early on in the project process to help the Owners of 360 22nd Street identify the general order, and magnitude of construction: cost, feasibility and scheduling. This was a Class C building. The intention was to raise the building from Class C to Class B, using materials and a construction approach to earn a LEED certification at completion.

Throughout the renovations Richlen was contracted to do several TI projects for tenants eager to enjoy the newly renovated building. 115,000 sq-ft, based upgrades included; Floors 2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,and 8th: New main lobby, waterproofing, abatement, new structural storefront, exterior improvements, paint, sidewalk, facade, landscaping, PEL, and common area restrooms.

222 Kearny Street Lobby, San Francisco

222 Kearny Street is located in the "golden triangle" of the San Francisco Financial District. The building is a Class “A” office tower.

Richlen was contracted to remodel the main lobby. Our challenge was to match the Owner’s sample that he had in mind for the wood. We successfully installed a solid red oak w/dark mahogany stain, that matched perfectly. For the receptionist counter a brown paradise marble was custom cut and installed. London pendant delray downlights lighting fixtures were installed throughout the lobby and corridor.

45 Fremont Street Lobby, San Francisco

This 3,200 sq-ft main lobby remodel is a great example of modern building techniques. The facia was built using a modern ISG structural glass system that required a tie-in with slim-line revolving doors from a separate manufacturer. A huge structural steel canopy was constructed, fitted with custom lighting and finished with a powder-coat paint. As well, floor to ceiling glass panels were set on each side of the lobby and trimmed out in a custom anodized bronze metal.

In order to complement the existing conditions with the new modern details, the existing travertine walls, both inside and out, were filled and honed for a face-lift like none other. Large granite pavers were laid throughout the interior of the lobby and extend beyond the facia, while precision cut polished granite was placed as the foundation for the new revolving doors.
