Richlen Construction Completes Full Floor Tenant Improvement for Weaver Austin Villeneuve & Sampson Intellectural Property Law Firm

Located on the 17th floor at 555 12th Street in Oakland. The firm utilizes the entire 24,240 square foot space.

The building is LEED Certified at the Gold level. CB Richard Ellis, the property managerment group awarded Richlen the contract based on our qualifications, experience in the building, and its standards.

The entry to Weaver Austin Villeneuve & Sampson opens to their large conference room.
To the right of the entrance is receptionist desk with access to partial library.
For privacy the small conference room has new clearstory glass with 3/8” G1 glass with 3M film.
The law firm's large conference room is 1,136 sq-ft, unfurnished can accommodate 76 occupants.

Weaver's scope involved demolition and salvaging reflected ceiling, as well as demo of existing breakroom. Richlen constructed forty (40) private offices, two (2) conference rooms, main breakroom, IT office & server room with two (2) tel/data rooms, storage rooms, central file room, law library, wellness room, and men & womens restrooms. The entire floor required a life safety upgrade; sprinkler system, speaker/strobes,smoke detectors. New finishes throughout.
