The beautiful Lake Merritt Tower's 10th Floor will soon be the new office for Rainin Foundation
Constructed in 1990, Lake Merritt Tower is a steel frame Class A high-rise building located near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Harrison Street in Oakland.
Rainin Foundation will occupy half of the 10th floor a 4,870 sq-ft. space. Richlen will build-out: Two (2) Conference rooms complete with audio visual [and a spectacular view of Lake Merritt], twelve (12) offices, a pantry, reception entry and waiting area, Data TI room, two (2) storage rooms, and one (1) copy room.
Mobilization will begin demolition of existing doors, frames, glazing, hardware, rubber base, ceiling tile and grid, drop light fixtures safe-off by others, disposal of ducting dropped by others, existing millwork, and ceiling high walls, and concluded with demo existing soffits in two locations..
