The law firm of Pachulski, Stang, Ziehl, & Jones was a 10,000 sq-ft tenant improvement & build-out on the 15th floor at 50 California Street in San Francisco.

This law firm is one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the country.

Richlen worked closely with the owners providing pre-construction and construction services. Due to its shell condition...the only challenge we faced was to commission for a re-evaluation report to test the fire system’s smoke control unit. Since the space was not built-out previously for building management we implemented the sequence of operation for the floor. The full-floor build-out included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, life safety systems, and high-end finishes.

Tenant Improvement & Build-out features included:

Smoke glass and clear glass partitions separating the offices, reception and conference room-allowing outside natural light to flow through the workplace areas. High to low drop down ceilings not only conceal the HVAC system, they bring the extra depth and line needed to help with the perception of an even larger working atmosphere...complimenting the marble flooring and choice of red and black carpet.
