Design-Build Tenant Improvement with RMW architects

Design-Build/Design Assist full floor 20,173 sq-ft tenant build-out for relocated San Francisco Godfrey Q - a marketing and advertising firm. The client utilized a construction management company, which oversaw the fask-track scheduled project. The CM needed our expertise because of the pace of the project, familiarity with the building, its owner, local knowledge of resources, and our relationship with RMW Architecture & Interiors.

Scope featured complete demoliton of the entire floor, high-end millwork, custom tile patterned carpet, [a configuration that was specified by RMW] which complimented the ceramic tile (Rectified Porcelain tile) in the reception and lobby area, as well as coordinated with the laminated (Bamboo) walls [with ceiling “directed” accent lighting], and vinyl Johnsonite flooring in the kitchen, breakroom, and layout production area - where we installed a custom built 10’ x 15’ work-table so that the agency can layout oversized story-boards. The offices and conference rooms are separated by clear and etched glass door(s) with panels, giving way to natural lighting. A server room with additional electrical/HVAC capacity needs, and extra storage space was also built.
