The tenant improvement consisted of: Two (2) boardrooms, a large seminar and events room, a private corporate meeting room with video conferencing, and upgrades to the lobby/reception area, kitchen and restrooms.
Richlen was contracted to renovate the 5,893 sq-ft., space:

•Demo and replacement of concrete slab in locker room.
•Millwork / Woodwork, the reception desk.
•Restroom slab stone tops, new toilet Partitions & Accessories
•Pantry with solid surface tops •Conference with laminate tops. •Doors, Frames & Hardware Glass / included Storefront modifications per plans to the Interior glass, glass marker boards with tray, and 3M film. •Upgraded existing partitions to type A2. •All new floor Covering • Fabric Wrapped Panels, new “Softwall” system with 1” impact resistent custom Scrim face fiberglass at lower elevations •New Appliances. •HVAC, All new and relocated HVAC and mechanical work as per engineered drawings.
