Richlen Construction delivered the 4,500 sq-ft office space is in the heart of San Francisco's financial district. Richlen did the tenant build -out in an Aggressive eight (8) week schedule.

One of the city's best views of the Bay Bridge is from Focus Advisors conference room.
The tile, millwork choices, lights, and natural lighting makes for a pleasant reception entry.
The glass partitions from floor to ceiling make this space look much larger than it is.
This shower was requested by the Owner. He bikes to work daily.
The Owner of Focus Advisors wanted many cabinets in the Kitchen for extra storage.

Scope of work performed:

New marble floors, full height frameless skyline glass, a new conference room with coffered ceilings, relocated perimeter induction units into ceiling (opening up the space), kitchen/breakroom, and a custom designed shower and dressing room with mosaic tiles.

The glass wall partitions complimented by sophisticated light maple wood casework and curved privacy screens give way to an unobstructed panoramic view of the San Francisco Bay.
