Procurement and fabrication commenced on April 5, 2010. Scope included two (2) floors at 4500 Bohannon Drive and One (1) floor at 4400 Bohannon. Phase one (1) consisted of server room, kitchen/breakroom, and classroom training room. Phase two (1) included conference rooms. E*trade requirements included staying in full-operation during construction. Richlen re-routed E*trade employees by building light weight barricades to keep employees safe and out of work areas. During non-working hours, Richlen tiled the reception/lobby entry, demo the training room, placed floor to ceiling glass windows in the breakroom and finished high volume traffic common areas. A large part of the scope was moving the Lan Room/server room to a new location. Power upgrades and installation of IT/IS equipment (Tele/Data cabling), new flooring, paint, new workstations and furniture allowed E*trade staff to move into this spaces faster than they expected.
