The office floor plan lends itself to simplicity, security and safety. While many of their competitors have dismantled, due to poor management of monies, Colemont continues to expand. In this new office, their clients and employees enter immediately into a comfortable reception/wait area. To enter the main office hub all persons go through a security entry door, (opened inward only by the reception’s desk button) which flows into an open partition office space. Individual management and executive offices line the parameter, along with a spacious employee breakroom and conference room(s). A small server room was strategically placed for quick access, yet inconspicuous to outsiders.
