Bell occupy’s a 12,902 sq-ft space in the Class "A" LEED Certified 24-story building

Richlen Construction is happy to have Bell Investment as a repeat client. Our first partnership was completed in 2003. The project went so well, that Bonnie Bell the Owner, once again wanted Shorenstein (Property Management at the time) to include us on their preferred contractors bid-list. The outcome of the tenant improvement, Richlen considers one of our best.

The Owners knew exactly what they wanted their company’s headquarters to look like, and how it should function within.
The staff partitions were hand-chosen by the Owners, as well as the red carpet and paint hues.
The corner office overlooks Oakland's shipping Port and the Bay Bridge. It also allows a complete view of the entire office space.
This is the conference room for Bell Investment.
The lights in the conference room highlight the art and wall pictures without interfering with the screen.
At the request of the Owners, the copy room space had to have an area for large files cabinets, and roomy enough for several people to work in.
