A Richlen team office is on the property to ensure construction is on schedule for completion in 2013.


SKS Investments purchased 888 Brannan Street, San Francisco’s Giftcenter & Jewelrymart Summer 2011. Improvement renovation's plans include expanding the South-of-Market complex’s top three floors (140,000-square-foot) into offices in hopes to attract large technology tenants. The remaining 178,183 square feet will continue to cater to jewelry and gift trades. Currently, 178 tenants have businesses here, most are Jewelers.


The remodel scope calls for Core & Shell Construction, Exterior Skin (870 Custom Windows & AGA Systems), Lobby, Atrium & Balconies, Architectural Metals, Parking Garage, Court Yard & Stuarts Tunnel, Demolition, Jewelry Entry larger, Jewelry Manufacturing, Atrium Elevators, Paint Exterior, Landscape, Transformer & Generator, Retail Space 1 & 2, Restrooms New & Renovated.


As of November 2011, Richlen on an aggressive schedule completed the remodel of basement level existing men and women’s restrooms. Approximately, 100 tenants used the existing restrooms prior to renovation. They are now open for tenant and public use. Basement restroom's remodel consisted of demolition, new ceilings, walls, vanities, bathroom fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories, and new lighting.
