Market Ready Project Approach to Quality Assurance
Richlen is flexible with our approach and methods, but not flexible when it comes to building in quality.
Our approach to a project’s quality assurance plan starts with emphasis on its take off. [This is in accordance with Richlen Construction's policy that, “Close-out begins day one.”] Since no two projects are truly identical, no two project quality assurance plans can be the same. Controlling a project’s quality in today’s world is to ensure it begins on a global level.
Our Quality Assurance plan starts by reviewing what outside impacts and actual job factors could affect the project’s overall quality. We do this by staying tuned to industry trades, resources, and performance.
Richlen's Estimators use this information to assist in qualifying subcontractors and vendors. We only send a competitive bid package cohesive with the market, to companies, which meet our qualifications.
