PG&E Napa Service Center, and PG&E Petaluma
Napa Service Center - 6,500 sq-ft. This facility required Richlen to relocate PG&E employees to temporary trailers during construction, so that the necessary renovations could be completed. Scope of work consisted of installing ADA compliant sidewalks, steps, stairs, ramps, handicap accessible parking, signage, paving, striping, electrical hookup, and plumbing.
PG&E Petaluma: Richlen services included demolition of existing decks and trailer facilities. We were contracted to complete site grading, paving, and upgrade site utilities for the new trailer facilities. Additional work consisted of installing fencing, site irrigation improvements, new sewage tanks, treatment mounds, and monitoring stations for the improved facility.

Eastmont Town Center Mall
7200 Bancroft Ave., Oakland
Richlen has helped bring "new life" to the mall by improving its parking areas with new landscaping (and irrigation) complementing the nearby streetscape. The new parking layout included paving, striping, concrete work, and lighting... all of which have created more parking spaces, and contributed to the mall's parking traffic flow.

60,000 sq-ft, The mall's work entailed exterior structural upgrades. New concrete sidewalks, ramps and crosswalks.
